Our studio

  • Our RUSH studio is located at Rozengracht 88, Amsterdam.

  • You’ll have access to dressing rooms, lockers, showers, WiFi, and all the essentials you might need in the dressing room. A workout towel is provided free of charge. Water is available for purchase, and shower towels can be rented.

  • Please wear your workout clothes and bring clean indoor training shoes.  

  • No, we’ve got you covered!  

  • Please arrive at our studio approx. 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure your best possible experience. After the class has started the doors will be closed and you can not enter the studio anymore. 

  • Our host on-site will welcome you and make sure you’re checked in for class.

Welcome to RUSH! We’re looking forward to have you at our studio. All information needed for your first time visit can be found here. 

  • Please arrive at the studio entrance at least 15 minutes before the class starts. The trainer will ask you to enter the room 5 minutes before the start time, so make sure you are ready and waiting at the door.

  • Yes, all our classes are taught in English. If you don’t understand the teacher during an exercise properly, please ask if it’s possible to either repeat or translate it in Dutch.  

  • The duration of the workout, including warming up and cooling down is 50 minutes.  

booking a class

  • When booking a class through our website, you are required to create an Eversports account, our booking system. This allows you to purchase a single credit, package, or membership and book your class.

  • You can book a RUSH class via credits on our website, or through ClassPass and Urban Sports Club. Are you a TrainMore member at one of our locations? Read all information about a 4-weekly free credit for Black Label and Red Label members and about add-on possibilities for a reduced price via this link.  

  • No, but we do offer a first timer credit for a reduced amount of time. 

  • No, your credits are personal and not transferable.  

  • In your Eversports account you can find the validation of your purchased package. In general, when purchasing your packages, the validation is as follows:  

    3-pack > 1 month 

    5-pack > 2 months 

    10-pack > 5 months 

    20-pack > 12 months

  • You can book a class through our website two weeks in advance. Please find the advanced booking terms of our third parties on their app.

  • Yes! Within your TrainMore membership you have the option to buy add-ons. Easily bookable via your TrainMore app.  

  • At RUSH we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.  

  • Our classes can be purchased via iDeal, PayPal or Creditcard.  

  • Your package is visible in your Eversports account. Once the package expires, the credits can no longer be used to book classes and will be removed from your overview. 

  • In general, our packages have a reasonable validity period, giving you enough time to plan and spread out your bookings. If you’re dealing with an injury or illness, please contact us by email so we can see what we can do for you 

  • When a class is fully booked, a waiting list option will appear. You can sign up for the waiting list, make sure to check the box to receive updates, and you will automatically receive an email if a spot becomes available

  • We don’t offer specific classes for beginners. You’re always able to choose your own pace when exploring our classes. 

  • We will always try to challenge you to use your maximum potential, however you can always choose our own pace and weights.  

  • We offer RUSH_full, working your full body during the weight part. RUSH_lower, focusing on lower body and RUSH_upper, focusing on upper body.  

  • Please make sure you arrive on time and allow a bit of extra time in your schedule for any unforeseen circumstances. Once the class has started, the doors will be closed and late entry is not possible. In this case, the credit will be forfeited. 

  • This depends on many factors, mostly on how you are feeling physically. Our trainers are always here to help you out during the workout. Please mention your pregnancy prior to starting the class.

  • Please mention any injury prior to class. Our trainers will always ask before starting the workout if there’s any injury or important information, so they can help out whenever needed.

However, out of respect for everyone's privacy and safety, please make sure to obtain permission before recording anyone else in the class.
